The Yamaha HS5I speaker is a variant of the Yamaha HS5SG speaker with pre-drilled holes for direct wall mounting.

Innovative design

The Yamaha HS5G monitor is made of dynamic MDF wood, a material that helps to avoid cabinet resonances. In addition, it displays a noise reduction of 6 dB. So you won't be bothered by interference. The 5-inch woofer together with the one-inch tweeter provide balanced and well-defined sound. Its distortion rate being almost negligible, this monitor is a nice addition to your (home) studio.

A monitor that adapts to its environment

The monitor has an amp that controls the tweeter and woofer separately to achieve a flat response across the entire frequency range. In addition, the HS5i has two dedicated settings allowing you to adjust the acoustic characteristics of the room in order to have an optimal sound reproduction. The HS5i can be plugged into balanced and unbalanced audio sources such as mixing consoles, audio interfaces or keyboards.
